School Psychologist | Chapin, South Carolina

Make a meaningful impact by providing essential psychological services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract opportunity accommodates both full-time and part-time School Psychologists, with flexible scheduling—including a hybrid model allowing two days remote and three days onsite weekly. With an August 5, 2026, start through May 25, 2027, you'll play a key role in fostering student success and well-being.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure (or eligibility for such) as a School Psychologist
• Experience in a K-12 school setting (elementary, middle, or high school experience preferred)
• Competency in conducting psychological testing, assessments, and evaluations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable with hybrid/remote work technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational assessments in accordance with school protocols
• Interpret test results and provide recommendations for educational planning and intervention
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and serve as a member of student support teams
• Deliver consultation services to staff, teachers, and families
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Support crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
• Collaborate with educators and parents to promote a positive learning environment
