LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Payroll Specialist for a permanent opportunity working for a professional services company in the far Westend of Richmond, VA.

Duties include processing a multi-state payroll, ensure compliance with federal and state tax requirements, deductions, manage compensation changes, handle bonuses and merit increases, update payroll and benefit information; also assist with open enrollment and benefit administration, reconciliation and reporting.

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience in a professional services environment (public accounting or legal), strong communication skills, analytical, proficient with Excel, handle confidential information, knowledge of payroll and HRIS platforms, such as ADP, Paycom, Workday or Paylocity and organized.

Salary Range: $55K to $75K, depending on experience
