As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will be responsible for delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your duties will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide guidance, and oversee the clinical activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
Specific Job Requirements
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Competently and knowledgeably provide quality nursing care to patients
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
