Quality Inspector

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Inspector to join a growing quality team in Aurora, CO. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who is eager to build a career in quality inspection and develop both technical and administrative quality control skills.

You will work alongside senior quality professionals, engineers, production teams, and management to ensure the quality and accuracy of custom industrial mechanical and electromechanical systems. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and measurements on manufactured parts and assemblies (approximately 75% of the role)
• Utilize tape measures, calipers, and other quality measurement tools to verify specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and weld symbols
• Identify quality concerns and assist with corrective actions
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Follow inspection plans, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, engineers, and leadership to ensure product quality
• Support administrative quality functions, including reports and documentation (approximately 25% of the role)

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or part diagrams
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and other precision measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
