Full-Time Occupational Therapist - Buckeye, Arizona

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in Buckeye, Arizona for a full-time position.

In this role, you will most likely provide services within a preschool program, with the possibility of supporting self-contained classrooms serving students with developmental disabilities, based on district needs.

Position Details:

•Full-Time
•Primary assignment in a preschool setting (most likely)
•May also serve self-contained classrooms for students with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities:
•Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
•Provide direct therapy services to support students' fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills.
•Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
•Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation.
•Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications:
•Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
•Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
•School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
•Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
