School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Santa Fe, New Mexico

A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists to provide onsite support within local schools, making a significant difference from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers the chance to work closely with students, staff, and families, with two positions open and assignments tailored to your experience and preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Prior experience in school-based SLP roles preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Committed to culturally responsive and inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate records.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress.
• Implement evidence-based practices and therapies tailored to each student’s needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of student support teams.
• Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.
