Step into an impactful role supporting the communication and learning needs of PreK–5th grade students in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population at the elementary level. Two positions are available, each at a welcoming school serving caseloads of approximately 40 or 50 students.

In this role, you’ll conduct speech and language therapy services either onsite or via teletherapy, helping children overcome challenges and achieve their best possible outcomes. Utilize your expertise as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CF while making meaningful connections with students, families, and fellow educators.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active State SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CF) eligibility
  • Experience or coursework in pediatric speech therapy—school-based or healthcare setting preferred
  • Comfortable serving diverse caseloads, including mild-to-moderate communication needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct therapy and diagnostic evaluations for students in grades PreK–5th
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student communication goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
  • Provide consultation and training as needed to support classroom learning environments
