Job Description
Make a difference in the lives of children by supporting early learners as a contracted Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Multiple opportunities are available to work with Early Intervention caseloads around Stroudsburg and Monroe Counties, providing crucial support to students and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Your expertise will help maximize students' communication and success in the classroom, and you'll be part of a supportive, engaging special education environment.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania state SLP license and required clearances
- CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for CFY
- Experience or training in pediatric and school-based settings is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to early intervention students across designated schools
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement IEPs and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills
