Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure as a school psychologist
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Prior experience working with school-aged children in a support or counseling capacity
- Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and promoting inclusive practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized intervention and prevention plans
- Provide consultation to teachers, families, and school staff
- Support students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Promote positive mental health through counseling and group support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for students
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and comprehensive reports
