Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Occupational Therapist license (required)
  • Previous experience in school-based OT (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 20 students effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite OT services for a diverse caseload of students
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
