School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chesnee, South Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in South Carolina
• Active South Carolina Educator Certificate required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in school settings is an asset, especially working with K-12 students
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech and language therapy for a caseload of up to 60 students (often lower)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans for each student on your caseload
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other therapists, and families to support student progress and success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and state requirements
