Responsibilities Include:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students, adjusting as progress is made

- Train and support educators, paraprofessionals, and support staff in the implementation of behavior strategies
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decision making
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet students' unique needs
- Contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs) and attend relevant meetings
