School Psychologist - Milford, DE

Qualifications & Experience:

• State certification/licensure for school psychologists (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or specialist degree in school psychology or related field
• Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire elementary students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention services
• Develop and implement academic and behavioral support plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all legal and ethical standards
