Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear SLP state license
• Current Educator Certificate
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organization and documentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy services for a caseload of about 50 elementary students
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other team members
• Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with all required records
• Partner with teachers and other school personnel to support students’ learning goals
• Communicate with families regarding progress, strategies, and resources
