Instructional Assistant - Lenexa, KS

During the interview, you'll be able to share your prior experience in special education as well as your preferences regarding caseloads, ensuring a good match between your skills and the needs of the schools. Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within schools
• Background in special education, including work with students with autism, life skills, or behavior challenges
• Ability to adapt and communicate effectively with students and staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in classroom settings, including those with special needs
