\n\nAn established, multi-site endodontic group practice serving Nassau and Suffolk Counties is seeking a Full-Time Endodontist to join its network of six modern Long Island locations. With a decades-long reputation for clinical excellence and roughly 80% of patients referred directly from local general dentists, this practice offers a new associate a busy, high-volume caseload from day one.

\n• Immediate production opportunity - Step into an established referral network with no cap on procedure volume; schedule and pace are set by the provider based on clinical ability.
\n• Strong compensation with real upside - Starting structure of 45% of production. Second-year full-time associates typically earn between $700,000 and $1,000,000 annually, paid weekly based on production.
\n• Malpractice fully covered - $0 cost to the provider.
