Schedule: Day Shift

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team in McGregor, TX. If you have experience with abrasive blasting, industrial coatings, and working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
As an Industrial Painter, you'll be responsible for preparing steel surfaces, applying industrial coatings, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards in a safe, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare metal surfaces using abrasive blasting techniques
- Apply industrial paints, primers, and specialty coatings
- Read and interpret work orders to complete assigned projects
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate material and equipment needs to your supervisor
- Work closely with production teams to complete projects on schedule
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industrial painting experience required
- Experience with abrasive blasting and industrial coatings
- Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and lift throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in confined spaces when necessary
- Able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, as needed
