Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Attleboro, MA

Passionate about helping students achieve their fullest communication potential? We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for several full-time contract positions supporting students with diverse speech and language needs. Opportunities include both permanent and maternity leave coverage, all at a vibrant school community located near Attleboro, MA.
Successful candidates will be ASHA-certified SLPs with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-certification experience, skilled in pediatric and school-based assessment and intervention and ready to take on the rewarding challenge of fostering growth across a varied caseload.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active ASHA SLP-CCC certification with at least 2-3 years of experience post-certification
- Demonstrated expertise in school-based service delivery, pediatric populations, and Special Education processes
- Confident supervising up to 3 SLPAs (possible combined caseload of up to 165 students)
- Familiarity with current best practices in speech therapy, teletherapy experience a plus
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee SLPA clinical activities including therapy support, data collection, reporting, and progress monitoring
- Conduct comprehensive Special Education eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluations)
- Write, update, and present IEPs for students on caseload, attending all relevant IEP meetings
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct speech and language services, both in person and via teletherapy as appropriate
