Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid LPN license
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is beneficial
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following established protocols
• Assess and manage minor injuries and illnesses; provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and health professionals regarding student care plans
• Educate students and staff on health topics, hygiene, and safety precautions
• Monitor for communicable diseases and assist with immunization compliance
• Support students with chronic conditions or special healthcare needs during the school day
