What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver small-group and 1:1 instructional and behavioral support to students in grades Kindergarten through 9th.
  • Serve as a flexible and dependable “floating” paraprofessional, adjusting daily to school needs and supporting both general and special education settings.
  • Establish rapport with students of all ages by maintaining a positive, professional, and patient demeanor.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to implement classroom activities, maintain order, and supervise students.
  • Maintain adaptability and a structured but friendly presence, exhibiting enthusiasm and a can-do attitude as school needs shift.
  • Participate actively in the school’s supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. (Associate Degree, Paraprofessional Certification, or a passing Praxis Assessment score is a plus.)
  • Proven comfort and enthusiasm supporting K–9th grade students, easily transitioning between different classroom environments.
  • Energetic spirit, team-first mentality, and a calm approach in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
