\n is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2 or more
\n years experience. Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room is preferred.

\nREQUIREMENTS:
\n·Must have 2 years or more as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
\n·A NP or PAC degree from an accredited school or University
\n·Master’s degree in nursing
\n·Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room is preferable
\nJob Responsibilities
\n·Treating minor illnesses.
\n·Obtaining and legibly recording a detailed medical history of each
\n patient including, but not limited to, the patient's chief complaint,
\n his/her present condition, the patient's individual history and his/her
\n family history.
·Performing as indicated, complete physical examinations of each patient
\n including, but not limited to, examination of the head, eyes, ears,
\n nose, throat, abdomen; and all systems of the body including but not
\n limited to, the circulatory, reproductive and nervous system
\n Requirements·Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in
\n order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including
\n diagnosing his/her injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
·Effectively communicating with patients and other healthcare staff to
\n manage patient care
·Referring the patient to other physicians or appropriate resources when
\n and if needed
·Prescribing medication and treatment for the patient and recommending
\n appropriate physical and dietary routines and methods for prevention of
\n disease and maintaining personal hygiene
·Performing all services in the Agreement in a manner that is consistent
\n with the standards of medical practice in the community.
·Performing such clinical procedures as are consistent with Physician's
\n prior practice patterns and trainings.
·When and if needed, performing or supervising various invasive medical
\n procedures that include, but are not limited to, the injection of
\n medications, inoculations, and vaccinations.
·Keeping and maintaining appropriate records relating to all
\n professional services rendered.
·Preparing and attending to all reports, claims, and correspondence
\n necessary and appropriate to the performance of the professional
\n services and ensuring that records and documentation are in compliance
\n with Federal and State regulations.
