What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid SLP licensure for the state of California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or CFY candidates may be considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with adolescents is highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Your Role Will Include:

  • Managing a middle school caseload, providing direct speech/language therapy
  • Conducting evaluations and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Documenting and tracking student progress, reporting outcomes as required
  • Consulting with teachers and caregivers to integrate effective communication strategies into the classroom
  • Participating in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and staff development as needed
  • Advocating for students’ needs to help every learner reach their full potential

This contract role spans 35 hours per week, ensuring you have ample time to engage with students and support their growth. You’ll work alongside dedicated professionals committed to cultivating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
