Make a direct impact on students’ lives by bringing your Speech-Language Pathology expertise to an engaging elementary school environment. Starting mid-August and extending through early November 2026, you’ll play a key role at an elementary location working alongside another SLP, providing vital speech services primarily within the Resource Specialist Program (RSP), with some support for SDC classrooms (non-mod/severe caseload).

This in-person position offers the opportunity to develop strong working relationships while making meaningful progress with students. You’ll join a dedicated school team where your skills and experience in the public school setting are valued. Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, with a duty-free 30-minute lunch each day for genuine work-life balance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience delivering speech therapy in public school settings—elementary school experience preferred
  • Expertise in RSP caseloads; comfortable with some SDC, but not moderate/severe
  • Proven ability to collaborate well with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must provide services in-person (virtual services are not supported at this site)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary school students, focusing primarily on RSP caseloads
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school district guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with the on-site SLP and special education staff
  • Communicate progress and strategies to families and teachers
