Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
  • Comfortable in an onsite-only capacity; SLPAs are not being considered at this time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students across various grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in line with student goals and school/district policies
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions onsite
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of student progress, assessments, and interventions
  • Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure consistent support for each student
