Locum Tenens Position in SD for Gastroenterologist

- Work Schedule: Hospital hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM one day each week.
- Patient Load: Expect to see 10-12 patients per day during your clinic day.
- Work Environment: You'll be working in both a hospital and outpatient clinic setting.
- Call Requirements: Advanced call and ERCP coverage will be necessary.
- Procedures: Responsibilities include upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, PEG placement, colonoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound.
- Additional Procedures: You will also perform esophageal dilation, manometry, and small bowel biopsy procedures.
- Patient Demographics: The role focuses exclusively on an adult patient population.
- Care Responsibilities: You will be responsible for both outpatient and inpatient care.
- Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay, which is deposited weekly.
