Job Description
Company: A well known electronics test tool manufacturer (disclosed upon screening call)
Duration: Contract-to-hire
Pay rate: $22–23/hr
Location: Onsite in Everett, WA
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4/10s, Monday–Thursday)
Must-Haves:
- Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience using power tools
Plusses:
- Experience following detailed work instructions/SOPs
- Previous quality inspection or quality assurance experience
- Experience working on production lines or meeting daily quotas
Day-to-Day:
- Assemble products according to detailed work instructions and SOPs
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Use power tools and basic computer systems as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support overall team success through efficiency and attention to detail
