Step into a meaningful role supporting students’ well-being as a part-time School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity spans from August 6th, 2026, through May 19th, 2027, providing dedicated service two days per week (14-16 hours) in a dynamic school environment near Colorado Springs, CO. Make an impact by collaborating with faculty, administrators, and families to nurture student success both academically and emotionally.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid School Psychologist certification or licensure per Colorado requirements
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement intervention plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret data to inform educational planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development and implementation
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding strategies to enhance student achievement and emotional wellness
  • Intervene in crisis situations and assist in the development of behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain effective documentation and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
