As a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work full time with a diverse caseload of elementary students, delivering high-quality assessment, intervention, and consultation services. This is an onsite position with a strong emphasis on teamwork, growth, and student engagement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology State License
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) issued by the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, but passionate CFs are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable providing therapy, developing IEP goals, conducting evaluations, and collaborating as part of an educational team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language interventions to K-5 students as outlined by IEPs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and document speech/language needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
  • Communicate regularly with families and school staff about student progress
  • Establish a supportive, engaging learning environment
  • Remain current with state and federal regulations impacting school-based SLP practice
