Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school settings, specifically with early childhood and kindergarten populations
- Strong understanding of early childhood speech and language development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapeutic services to early childhood and kindergarten students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for speech and language needs
- Document services, progress, and recommendations, maintaining accurate student records
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists to integrate therapy within daily routines
- Communicate with families to support carryover of skills and progress at home
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to strategies for student success
