School Registered Nurse (RN) in Scottsdale, AZ

Your primary focus will be to ensure the well-being and safety of one student, offering individualized medical care in a supportive school setting. You’ll work closely with education professionals to help create a welcoming and healthy learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted Arizona RN or LPN license in good standing (or possess a multistate privilege from a compact state)
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in a school nursing or pediatric setting preferred
• Able to provide thorough 1:1 care and communicate clearly with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive 1:1 health care to a designated student throughout the school day
• Monitor and respond to the student’s medical needs and emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans
• Maintain detailed and confidential health records following all school policies and privacy regulations
