Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication skills as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract role located near Perris, CA. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • California state licensure or ability to obtain
  • Experience or interest in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, diagnostics, and therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and support staff
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success
  • Support students across grade levels in person or through virtual modalities, as needed
  • Receive mentorship and guidance whether you’re a seasoned SLP, new graduate, or clinical fellow
