Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Jamesville, NY

This full-time contract position starts September 1st and offers a manageable caseload, letting you focus on impactful, individualized therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services to approximately 19 students, potentially including additional speech improvement needs.
• Work primarily with K-4 students, with a small portion of the caseload in middle school.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions in-person or virtually, leveraging teletherapy when appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and communicate updates.
• Maintain accurate and timely service documentation and compliance with IEP requirements.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to the educational team.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for every student’s individual strengths.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Ability to provide services to both general and special education students.
• Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP preferred.
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY); mentorship and support available.
• Teletherapy experience welcomed but not required.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
