Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule and Shift Details:

  • 10-hour Day Shifts, 40 hours weekly
  • Shift hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • On-call required up to 2 shifts each month, as needed
  • Weekend rotation included
  • Holiday coverage expectation: work 75% of holidays
  • No floating between departments

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
  • Proficiency with standard imaging equipment and digital radiography
  • Proven experience in both Radiology Tech and X-ray Tech roles
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and HIPAA regulations
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform a variety of radiographic procedures including routine X-rays and specialized imaging, following physician orders and established protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnostic results and optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment
  • Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns to ease patient anxiety
  • Accurately document all procedures and patient interactions within hospital information systems
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
