Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via inbound phone calls.
  • Assist clients with online banking, mobile banking, credit card inquiries, loan-related transactions, and general account servicing.
  • Research and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot account and system-related concerns while navigating multiple computer applications.
  • Provide account information and process various financial transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or referrals when applicable.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet departmental service quality and performance goals.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, security requirements, and banking regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous call center customer service experience required.
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional phone presence with strong customer service and de-escalation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and empathetic service to customers.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Stable work history with a desire for long-term career growth.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking or financial services experience.
  • Bilingual capabilities.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience with sales referrals or cross-selling products and services.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
