Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions.
  • Deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
  • Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Hold a current and valid nursing license in the applicable state, maintaining an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout your employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation, and it must remain current throughout employment.
