What’s Needed:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure in California; active or eligibility for CCC or CFY status
  • Recent experience working within school settings (preferred)
  • Strong competency in conducting evaluations, developing, and implementing IEPs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility, dependability, and enthusiasm for working in a diverse school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers
  • Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ progress
  • Offer consultation and support to educational staff regarding communication-related strategies
