Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and special education regulations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for support
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ unique needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine eligibility for special education and related services
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
• Promote a positive, inclusive school climate by supporting social-emotional learning initiatives
