Take your expertise in behavioral analysis to the next level by supporting students and staff in a dynamic, school-based setting on a contract basis. In this full-time, onsite opportunity, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping behavioral programs and driving positive outcomes for students throughout the 2026-2027 academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience working in school environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to model and communicate intervention strategies for teachers, paraprofessionals, and RBTs
  • Strong organizational abilities for scheduling, prioritizing, and documentation
  • Proficiency in training and supervising RBTs and engaging with multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with research-based practices and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to and collaborating with diverse education professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document FBAs and develop effective BIPs
  • Model behavior strategies and lead trainings for staff
  • Supervise RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs
  • Observe students and conduct classroom evaluations, providing actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with educators and administrators to enhance classroom environments and behavior supports
  • Coordinate and implement evidence-based program components and assist in evaluating their effectiveness
  • Guide and support program development, including data collection methods and progress evaluation
  • Prepare reports, organize training materials, and maintain accurate electronic records
