Job Description
Location: Pomona, CA
Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid Onsite Mondays and Tuesdays
Contract Details- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Pay Rate: $16.00 $35.62 / Hour (USD)
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
This role supports license renewal and site inspection activities within a dynamic utility environment. The analyst will work on renewing licenses, performing license site inspections, clearing encroachments, performing site inspections for encroachments, reviewing plans for consent compatibility, and attending project meetings with internal and external project managers.
Required Skills- Use of MS Office
- Use of Google Earth
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to track and follow through on multiple tasks with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator who can collaborate with cities, project managers, and developers
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to read development/engineering plans
- Some title experience, which helps with understanding basic property rights
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
