Apartment Maintenance Technician

Pay: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Status: Full‑Time | Property Management

We’re hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations for a busy property management team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, reliable, and committed to keeping the property running smoothly and safely.

• Complete general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Perform make‑ready work: painting, patching, cleaning, fixture replacement, and unit preparation
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders efficiently
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and building exteriors
• Assist with HVAC filter changes, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Communicate repair needs, supply shortages, and safety concerns
• Work independently while maintaining a professional and customer‑focused attitude

• 1–3 years of maintenance or property management experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
