You’ll work primarily in a resource model, supporting students through pull-out or inclusive special education services, with just one social-emotional classroom—creating a manageable caseload and the chance to make a focused impact.

What’s Needed:

• Current certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience delivering school-based psychological services
• Background in special education contexts and familiarity with resource/inclusion models
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Empathy and commitment to student-centered support
• Ability to adapt strategies for diverse learning needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students in grades 2-5
• Provide direct and indirect interventions within a supportive resource/inclusion model
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and families
• Facilitate counseling sessions and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Contribute to one social-emotional classroom and assist with planning relevant interventions
• Participate in student progress meetings, maintaining accurate documentation
• Support a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment (without the need for physical restraint)
