Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP state license and current Educator Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
- Familiarity with caseload management and IEP documentation processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary school students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for coordinated support
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in student support meetings, case management, and multidisciplinary teams
