With two full-time positions available for the 2026-2027 school year, you’ll play a key role in helping students develop vital communication skills. Your caseload—ranging from classroom-based to individualized settings—will be tailored to your experience and interests, ensuring a dynamic and impactful work experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • New graduates with relevant clinical placements are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Hold (or eligible for) valid state licensure in New Mexico

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy and assessment to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver interventions in both classroom and individual therapeutic settings
  • Consult with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Engage regularly with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and updates
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a collaborative team member
