Registered Nurse School Setting in Phoenix, AZ

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN or LPN license (or multistate compact privilege)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience with pediatric or adolescent care preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining student health and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, individualized nursing care to a designated student throughout the school day
• Administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to emergent medical needs
• Document health observations, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with school policies
• Work proactively with school staff to create a safe, supportive environment for student success
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal health regulations
• Participate in team meetings and help develop/student-specific care plans as needed
