Job Description
Location: Lexington, MI
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Every Other Saturday (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM during the school year) - Flexible 40-hour work week
Practice Setting: Clinic-Based & In-Home ABA Services
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Design, implement, and oversee ABA treatment programs
Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and treatment modifications
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
Provide parent and caregiver training to reinforce treatment goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities preferred
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral interventions
Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
New and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply
