Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings, both onsite and virtually as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a valued member of the support team
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
