Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Arlington Heights, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings, both onsite and virtually as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a valued member of the support team
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
