Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator for an onsite contract opportunity in Knoxville, TN within the security and surveillance industry. This role is ideal for an organized, tech-savvy administrative professional who enjoys supporting daily operations, improving office efficiency, and helping a local team stay productive and well-coordinated.
As the Office Administrator, you will serve as a key point of support for scheduling, reception coverage, documentation, reporting, materials ordering, and general office coordination. This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment, supportive local leadership, and the chance to contribute directly to smooth branch operations. It is a strong fit for someone who takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness, teamwork, and keeping business processes moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute standard office procedures to support daily workflow, operational efficiency, and system controls.
- Provide administrative backup for scheduling, reception, phone coverage, customer support, and collection-related tasks.
- Review corporate documentation, identify and correct data errors, and complete daily reports accurately and on time.
- Support logistics by ordering materials and equipment and helping coordinate supplies for office and field operations.
- Assist with warehouse-related tasks as needed to support branch operations and inventory flow.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, vendors, and leadership to help resolve issues and maintain service quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Employment type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment duration: Temporary assignment through the end of October, with possibility of extension.
- Work location: Onsite in Knoxville, TN 37932.
