A Facility in California Is Seeking a Locums Neurosurgeon

• Coverage: Inpatient and outpatient services with a guaranteed 8 hours per day.
• Weekday Schedule: Clinic hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, including on-call duties; night call from 5 PM to 8:30 AM.
• Weekend Duties: 24-hour call coverage is mandatory.
• Patient Load: Manage 5 patients per shift.
• Specialization: Focus on adult neurosurgery; pediatric and neonatal care is not required.
• Procedures: Perform spinal surgeries with and without instrumentation across cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions.
• Requirements: General neurosurgery, trauma care, and ICP monitor placement are essential.
• Certification: FLURO certification is necessary; temporary FLURO certification is acceptable.
• Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay and ensure weekly deposits.
• Support: We provide complimentary housing, travel arrangements, and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
• Credentialing: We streamline the credentialing and privileging process for you.
• Access: Utilize our online portal for assignment details and time entry.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $320.00 to $400.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
