Facilities Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facility Technician for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.

*12 month extendable contract position*

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

•Ability to obtain a security clearance is required. Interim clearance is required to start position ,

•2+ years maintenance experience

•2+ years facilities experience

•2+ years experience with general maintenance experience

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

•This position handles routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting ranging from electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.

•Follows work orders and or other general instructions, conducts inspections, logs completed work, and offers limited janitorial support (e.g., trash removal, floor cleaning) when workload permits or support is required.

Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time

4/10 work schedule

2nd Shift

M-TH 2nd shift ( ̃2:30pm–1am
