Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a financial services organization seeking support with the rollout of their digital platform. This is a high-impact role where you will directly support conversion activities, run crucial testing, and ensure members experience a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will focus on execution, testing, and operational support to keep our launch stable and successful:

  • Conversion Execution: Support day-to-day operational tasks and conversion activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Execute test cases, follow structured test scripts, and meticulously document your findings.

  • Issue Tracking & Resolution: Identify, log, and track technical bugs or system issues, coordinating closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve them.

  • Validate Member Journeys: Step into our members' shoes to test and validate key processes (e.g., logging in, accessing accounts, running transactions) both before and after we go live.

  • Post-Launch Monitoring: Keep a close eye on digital workflows after launch, flagging and escalating any errors, failures, or performance lag.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, Finance, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in at least one of the following:

    • Operations, business support, or project coordination

    • Quality assurance (QA) or software testing

    • Digital customer/member support

    • Managing digital platforms, websites, or online tools

  • Process-Oriented Mindset: Comfort following structured checklists, tracking tasks, and using internal software tools.

  • Tech & Detail Savvy: Basic comfort with spreadsheets and simple reporting.

    • The ability to quickly learn new systems and read technical release notes.

    • Sharp eyes to spot glitches and the communication skills to describe them clearly.

  • Prior experience working in financial services, credit unions, or other regulated environments.

  • Native-level Spanish fluency a plus.

This job is In-Person.

Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $28.00
